Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Pacemark is committed to making its site usable by people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1, level AA, and continue improving the experience for everyone.
How we build for access
We use semantic HTML, descriptive labels, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts, and tested color contrast. We also work to preserve a clear heading structure and meaningful alternative text for images.
Known limitations
Some third-party services and embedded experiences may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. We welcome reports of barriers and will consider reasonable alternatives or improvements where possible.
Feedback and help
If you have trouble using Pacemark or need information in another format, email dc@dancumberlandlabs.com with a description of the issue and the page you were using. We aim to respond within two business days.
